Our logistics partner will collect the item within 7–10 working days, depending on your location and courier availability.

After the item has been collected, it will be safely transported to our warehouse for a thorough quality inspection. Once the product has been verified and approved by our quality assurance team, we will proceed with issuing your compensation.
